During his Jan. 27, 2011 YouTube Q&A the most asked question of President Obama was on cannabis legalisation. Asked by Mackenzie Allen a former law enforcement professional and now a member of LEAP - Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, Obama answers comprehensively. Still against legalisation, President Obama gives a more open minded answer than ever before. Of course, "legalisation" has many faces, from the anti-drug specter of selling to school children from canteens to regulation, prescription and/or legislated and taxed distribution similar to alcohol and other drugs/medications. Let the debate continue....
